Any product that has a manufacturing defect or is not the one requested by the customer can be returned to Sagone, at no cost to the customer. The User will have a period of fourteen calendar days from receipt of the product to communicate it to Sagone and send the requested information. Exceeding this period, any of the damages will be assumed by the user. The return for manufacturing defects or shipping error will not imply any additional charge for the user, the company being responsible for the additional shipping cost
To make the return, the customer has to contact Sagone within fourteen calendar days from the receipt of the order, through the email firstname.lastname@example.org , with the subject of “Defect” message, indicating defects or problems, attaching the photographs showing it and complete customer information. Once checked by Sagone, the way of collecting the product will be indicated by the same channel. The reference / s to be returned must be unused and with all the corresponding original packaging. If this does not happen, the company reserves the right to refuse the return.
Received the product and verified the defects, Sagone will give the user the possibility of replacing the product with another one of identical characteristics, taking care of the company of the shipping costs (delivery time 3-6 business days), unless there is no stock. In this case, the user can choose between the refund of the amount paid, or request the shipment of another model. The deadline for returning the amounts will be a maximum of 14 calendar days after the user decided to terminate the contract.
